1. General terms and conditions

Users of the following site: www.entertix.ro (further reffered to as "Entertix.ro"), property of Ticketing Nation SRL, can order tickets from a large selection of artistical, cultural, sportive and musical events, the acquisition of tickets is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Ticketing Nation SRL reserves the right to modify at any given moment the "Terms and conditions" without a previous notification.

By using the site www.entertix.ro, you express your consent, and are obliged to specifically and unequivocally respect all the mentions of this document. These conditions are also applied in case the visitor does not buy the ticket directly from Ticketing Nation SRL, but from an official selling point, contracted by Ticketing Nation SRL to legally sell tickets for events.

The buyers of tickets are obliged to respect all the rules imposed by the event organizers for the safe running of the event, but also the location's own rules.

The content and software on this site are property of Ticketing Nation SRL and thus are protected by the romanian and international copyright laws. Any fraudulent attempt of copying/ modifying/ downloading those metioned above will be sanctioned according to the laws.

The eventual conditions that the user would like to impose to this accord would automatically be excluded and will not be acknowledged

 

2. Ordering

Making an online order can be accomplished following the next steps:

Choose the event and the availabile  tickets, depending on the category

Choose a delivery method

Choose a payment method and insert the personal data required.

The order summary, final checks, acceptance of the terms and conditions, sending the order

All the reserved orders via online are final and can not be cancelled or modified by de user

 

3. Payment and billing

The ordered tickets can be payed online with a credit card or a valid debit card, or directly to the courier that delivers the tickets.

The order, including the ticket/ tickets, can be considered valid only after the whole payment has been completed and recieved

According to OUG 28/1999, article no.2, letter F, for the activities in which the cashings are accomplished based on bills with fixed value, printed according to the law- access tickets for shows and similar others, fiscal bills won't be released

By paying the tickets, thus completing the order, the buyer agrees to respect the official rules of the event(s) for which the tickets were purchased. Failure to read, understand or acknowledge the official rules of an event is NOT a reason for a refund or chargeback. Although it will try at all times to present every available information, Ticketing Nation SRL is not responsible for publishing or advertising the official rules of the events sold through its website(s) or partner online and offline shops.

 

4. Processing and delivery of tickets

After the payment confirmation, the order will be processed, and the tickets will be sent via e-mail (in case of e-tickets) or via courier (in case of printed tickets), based on the selected option by the client or imposed by the event organizers. In case of printed tickets, the costs for delivery will be supported by the customer, separate from the price of the ticket itself.

Orders from the customers who do not provide proof of payment, or orders that do not contain complete and correct delivery details will be cancelled.

Regarding tickets delivered via courier, it is recommended to open the envelope in the presence of the courier. Otherwise, any following reclamation will not be taken into consideration.

The responsability of Entertix.ro over the order will stop after the tickets will be delivered in normal conditions to the buyer

Any reclamation regarding the deterioration and non-delivery of the tickets will not be directed to Entertix.ro

In case of orders with pickup and payment from approved locations option, if the client did not pick up the tickets until the day before the event, the order will be cancelled 12 hours before the beginning of the event.

 

5. Damaging, losing, reprinting

Entertix.ro is not responsible in case the tickets are lost/ stolen/ damaged, or deteriorated in any manner after delivery. If the buyer can be identified we can reissue the ticket for a fee of 20 lei / ticket. If the buyer can not be identified reissue of the ticket is not possible.

It is not recommended to partially or totally send in any form images containing the tickets, and especially images containing the barcodes found on the tickets. Entertix.ro is not responsible for the usage of copies of the respective tickets for gaining access into the commercialized events. Access inside the events and venues is based on the first comer principle. The first validated ticket at the location of the event will be considered authorised. Other tickets containing the same identification data will be declared invalid and the access will not be permitted

 

6. Modifications, cancellations, returns, organizational deficienties

Tickets that were not acquired from the Ticketing Nation SRL network will not be refunded.

Changes regarding the location of an event inside the same county do not represent a reason for refunding.

E-tickets will be refunded only if the event is cancelled or postponed.

The activity of Ticketing Nation SRL strictly resumes to distribution of tickets and we are not responsible for refunds through the portal or from partner stores.

The amounts cashed from tickets that were sold are sent at precise intervals into the accounts of the event organizers, according to the agreements between Ticketing Nation SRL and them, and therefore, in case an event is cancelled, Ticketing Nation SRL can only make efforts to determine the organizers to refund the buyers, not being able to use any means besides legal ones. The amounts requested by the clients for a refund are not found into our accounts because they have already been transfered to the organizer, therefore subject exclusively to its actions.

Tickets sold through the portal are not property of Ticketing Nation SRL, but the organizer's, thus our policies of warranty are not applied.

Ticketing Nation SRL does not assume responsability for any postponing, cancelling or organizational deficienties regarding the event for which the tickets were bought or any restrictions imposed by the organizer or institutions of the state (regarding the amount of ticket which can be acquired by a person, or individuals under any legal restriction, other restrictions), the buyers should address to the event organizers for any requirements

In case an event is cancelled or postponed, Ticketing Nation SRL will return only the ticket value, the commission for editing, printing and distribution can not be returned, as well as additional costs (processing tax, reservation tax, delivery tax, etc.).

In case an event is cancelled and postponed, tickets bought from the Ticketing Nation SRL network can be refunded through one of the methods displayed below:

Exclusively from the selling point from which they were bought in case of printed tickets (7 days after the official announcement regarding any modification or cancellation of the event).

By sending the tickets to Ticketing Nation SRL's headquarter, together with complete information required for refunding (name, surname, bank account number, bank name) in case of printed tickets delivered via courier. Delivery costs will be supported by the client.

Refundings will be made only if it is permitted by the organizer, as well as the location's own terms and conditions.

After return, the tickets are automatically invalidated, however organizers still have the right to make small schedule and distribution changes.

In case of cancellation, postponing or major schedule and distribution changes, Ticketing Nation SRL will reserve the right to inform all the clients regarding such changes. The informing can be made through e-mail or by phone, in case the contact information provided by the client were correct.

According to the legislation provided by the European Union: you have the right to cancel an on-line order. This period of "reflection" starts from the day you recieved the product. You may also cancel the order from whatever reason, even for the simple fact that you have changed your mind.

This rule applies every time you buy products without going to the store- for example when you order via phone, fax, post, or internet.

Excluded products - the seven day period does not apply in the following cases:

Concert tickets

Plane and train tickets

Hotel bookings

The return of concert tickets is possible only if the event is cancelled or postponed.

 

7. Reselling tickets

The buyer is not allowed to sell, resell or estrange the ticket bought from Ticketing Nation SRL to a third-party with the purpose of obtaining material advantages or promotional purposes. The event organizer can refuse the participation of the owner of such tickets at the event, as well as evacuate the owners of such tickets from the location of the event.

 

8. Consent regarding processing and protection of personal data

Entertix.ro processes your personal data to fulfill operations and legitimate purposes mainly for conducting marketing and publicity activities, specific to our activity.

 

8.1 Principles of data protection

  Personal data will be collected only with specified, explicit and legitimate purposes (see 8.4)

Personal data will NOT be processed by third-parties in an incompatible manner with the specified purposes

All personal data will be kept confidential and securely stored

Personal data will be shared with third-parties only if it is necessary, with the purpose of offering services in accordance with the existent agreements

The persons which have personal data in process have the right to request access to their personal data, correct and delete personal information, restrict or deny the processing of personal data, but also the right for data portability.

 

8.2 Personal data

Personal data means any kind of information that can be linked or attributed to an individual identified or identifiable

Personal data includes every type of direct or indirect information (and some used together with other data) which refers to an individual, such as name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number, etc.

 

8.3 Collecting personal data

The data we collect can include the following

Name and contact information (name, surname, e-mail, postal address, phone number)

Data regarding the device you are using and how you and your device interact with our products

Data about the features you are using, products you buy and the web pages you visit

Data about the device and network you are using to connect to our products. These include data about your operating system, the software and applications installed on your device, including product keys. Also, it includes IP address, regional settings and language settings

 

8.4 The purpose of collecting personal data

Informing clients about validation and delivery of orders, solving cancellations or any type of problem related to an order, related to the purchased products and/or services 

Sending newsletters and/or periodic alerts via e-mail, only if the person expressed its accord

market research, monitoring sales and studying the behaviour of the client/buyer

Also, Ticketing Nation Srl can provide personal data to other partner companies, but only after a privacy agreement and only with the purposes mentioned above , which ensures the fact that any type of personal data is securely stored and providing this information is being made in accordance to the present legislation as following: banking/payment service providers, transport and delivery service providers, marketing service providers and any type of company we can cooperate to improve our products and services

Personal data regarding the identification of the customer can be provided to the Police, General Prosecutor's Office, Court of Law, or any instance of the law empowered by the State, within the limts of the legal provisions, following an expressed request 

 

8.5 Usage of personal data

We will use your personal data only for the purpose for which it was collected and we will store personal information as much as it's necessary for the purposes mentioned above (see 8.4)

We will keep personal data regarding a client as long as its account is active, for any of the purposes metioned above (see 8.4)

Access to personal data is strictly limited to Ticketing Nation Srl staff, to the associates who have the authority and a clear and expressed need for the usage of such data

If the users do not want to divulge their personal data to those companies, they are asked to contact DPO at dpo@entertix.ro

 

8.6 Security of processing

Personal data will be safely processed and adequate technical measures will be taken to prevent against any type of damege, accidental or illegal loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access, especially when data processing implies sending data through a network but also against any form of illegal processing

8.7 Access and correction or deletion of personal data

Customers have the right to request at any moment access to: correction, portability, deletion or restrict the processing of personal data

Users are recommended to inform us regarding any changes or discrepancies of personal data

For viewing or modifying personal data, or to obtain informations regarding personal data, please contact DPO ad dpo@entertix.ro (request with date and signature)

Subscribing to our newsletter gives you the possibility to get updated to the newest promotions, programs, access to command history, vouchers/ discount codes and customized offers through e-mail.

If a subscriber to our newsletter does not open any mail for 5 months, we reserve the right to cease sending the newsletter, following the definitive removal of the respective e-mail address from our subscribers database

 

9. Cookies

 

9.1 What are cookies?

Cookie is a file of small size, consisting of letters and numbers, which is going to be stored into the computer, mobile phone or any device the user is connecting to the internet with. The cookie is installed via request made by the user's terminal to a server or a third-party server.

 

9.2 What are cookies used for?

Cookies usually make possible the recognition of the user's terminal and show the content in a relevant manner, adapted to the user's preferences

Cookies create a pleasant browsing experience for the user and maintain efforts for offering services adapted to the user, for example: preferences regarding online confidentiality, shopping cart or relevant publicity. Cookies also help us understand how an user benefits from our pages by sending us anonymous mass information.

By continuing to use the services provided by Ticketing Nation SRL I declare the fact that I read and totally understood those presented above and I consent for processing and using my personal data, in accordance with the provisions of this article.
